Das Weinland Spanien bietet eine unerschöpfliche Vielfalt an tollen Rotweinen! Ob ein junger Wein aus aufstrebenden Regionen wie Utiel-Requena auf den Tisch kommt, oder ob ein klassischer Reserva aus Rioja oder Ribera del Duero einen besonderen Moment markiert… für jeden Anlass und in jeder Preiskategorie wird der Weinliebhaber fündig. Die Reifezeit und die Ausbaumethode bietet ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Auswahl des passenden Weines: Ein vino joven ist ein junger und eher leichter Wein ohne Fassausbau bzw. mit maximal sechs Monaten im Fass. Ein joven ist fruchtbetont, weich und frisch. Ein Crianza vereint die Charakteristika einer Fassreifung mit der Frucht eines jungen Weins und reift mindestens zwei Jahre, davon mindestens zwölf Monate im Fass. Ein Reserva hat mindestens 36 Monate Reifezeit hinter sich, davon zwölf Monate im Barriquefass. Der Reserva ist ein anspruchsvoller und komplexer Wein für Weinkenner oder besondere Momente.
